TBX18 in Saos-2 Human Cell Line. TBX18 was detected in immersion fixed Saos-2 human osteosarcoma cell line using T8148-42A (10ug/ml) for 3 hours at RT. Cells were stained using the NorthernLightsTM 557-conjugated Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody and counterstained with DAPI. Specific staining was localized to nuclei.
